The Detail House is excellent! I'm so glad that I was referred to the Detail House. We had a horrible rust stain on our house and driveway and Anthony was determined to find a way to get them out. He did a great job and I'm thrilled to have those ugly spots gone! He also cleaned our large paver pool patio and it looks brand new. Same for the deck and a fence. He is easy to contact and talk to and shows pride in his work. I'd highly recommend him!
I have had The Detail House power wash my house, walkway/steps and deck twice. The first time in 2019 and most recently April 20, 2021. Anthony Antico does an incredible job. We had mold all over our 1800's farmhouse. It had to be removed prior to painting. Anthony Antico was very responsive on request for a quote and flexible with timing. This is important with painting planning because you want to get the house washed pretty close to the painting. He got in on time and on budget. We also have extensive gardens surrounding our home and the bleach used to remediate the mold was a concern. Anthony did a great job explaining the process of making sure the plants were thoroughly rinsed prior to washing a section and immediately after the application. This guy knows what he's doing, has the right equipment and a head for customer service. He has a bright future.
We had scheduled an appointment with Anthony of The Detail House to have our vinyl fence powerwashed. We had to reschedule several times because of weeks of rain and Anthony was very good about following up with us until the weather cleared. He was prompt, professional and did a fabulous job. Anthony came to my house, looked around gave me an estimate. It was very reasonable compared to other companies. He had great incite as how to address a few problems. He was very professional and upfront about what was needed and how I should prepare a few things before doing the house. I like his hot water and solution approach as apposed to straight hi pressure washing. Anthony showed up on time. Called me to confirm he was on his way, cleaned up everything before leaving. TDH just performed a whole-house power wash, plus some garden structures and patios as well. I could not be more pleased with the thoroughness and quality of the work. The plants have not suffered, the moss and mildew are cleared. I really enjoyed the attention to detail and genuine concern that he was meeting our expectations along the way.

Anthony did a great job power washing our house. He came by to look at it before giving a quote, was very respectful considering the current pandemic, and offered a competitive price versus the quotes other companies were sending us just from filling out online forms. We had a lot of dirt and grime built up, especially under our gutters, and he took care of it. He explained what he was doing before and after the work was done, and the end result was great. We have a powerwasher from home depot and were considering buying a ladder to do it ourselves, but we got nervous about messing up our house or injuring ourselves; I'm very happy we went with Anthony - his power washer was way better than ours, and he cleaned up everything way faster than we ever could have. He was very personable and respected our dogs (their first experience with someone powerwashing the house), and he even helped fix a problem we had with one of our window screens. We're overall very happy with the work and professionalism.
